Happy 2022

I certainly haven't been on the ball with posting on this blog. One of my main goals is to become more regular with my social media. I want to complete so many projects and I just have to schedule them in to my life.

I was very excited when the gyms re-opened, since I got to teach classes again. I'm mainly teaching Zumba lately. Unfortunately, they have closed the gyms down again in my area and I will have to go back to motivating myself. I find it so much easier to exercise when others are expecting me to show up!

I really love bullet journaling and I think I will change it up this year. I want to be more specific and more scheduled. Instead of just writing out appointments, which I can just put in my phone, I will schedule in exercise and stretch breaks, specific projects and crafting, relaxing, cleaning, work and even what I will eat and when. I am hoping this will make me take note so I don't miss things. I also think it will help me feel better because I will see everything I have accomplished! I never did well with a mood chart or a food journal, so I will just make space for what I want to write, whenever I feel the need.

Projects galore! Not only do I have so many things to do around the house, but I have piles of arts and crafts projects that I want to do. Is it possible to find something relaxing and at the same time be stressed about it? I would love to get to a place where my pile is significantly reduced and I need to look for new projects to do! I would be a great space saver too. Organization only takes you so far if you have too much stuff. I want to get rid of it by using it.
