The Jess Project

Your guide to reducing stress in your life, and being happy with you.

I created The Jess Project because I believe we are always learning and improving ourselves.  I am not a doctor or a nutritionist, but I did get help from them.  I am a fitness instructor, so I am using that knowledge on myself.  I would like to share the journey of what I do and what I learn.  Hopefully, it works for me and you!

That being said, we are all different and what works for me might not work for you.  I think we have to try though!  Through The Jess Project hopefully I can inspire you to help yourself.  Be comfortable with you.  Whether you want to be active, find inner peace, be creative or follow along, there should be something for you.  So, follow The Jess Project here, YouTube, Facebook, twitter and Instagram for workouts, relaxation, arts & crafts, beauty, food ideas and maybe even some kid stuff...because I like it!
